Reading it through gives me a headache, as I realise what I’d have to do if I didn’t have SilverWood to take care of things for me!

And they do a really great job, too. Leaving me the time and brain-space to write my next Esme Quentin mystery.

I’ll declare my interest here – Rowena looks after me and my Roma Nova series which is published by SilverWood Books. And yes, they take very good care of you!

Publishing services are not for everybody who wants to publish independently independently. It depends what goals they have. However,I find using a high quality service to do the specialist work and, frankly, the donkey work of publishing a book leaves me free to do my two jobs – writing and marketing my books.
