Moving through the #MondayBlogs threads today whilst sharing two posts of my own; I caught sight of this post, which was quite happenstance, as I am an appreciator of Science, myself. I love researching topics in Science across focus interests but what I enjoyed learning most about Ms Brandes is how she’s found a fusion of who she is as a scientist, writer and observer of life – she’s taken a clear path towards fleshing out topics which interest her but in a different spin than the average – as making fracking a metaphor for a ‘fractured state of intrapersonal relationships’ is quite ingenious whilst acknowledging the shifting state of our environmental landscapes. It might have been a wiser course of action to take, too, as fracking is a political mine field.

I can see how her works of fiction get you to ‘think’ and ‘ponder’ far more than what is layered through the context of the story but to reach further into the psychological layers of humanity.

Very well written. Enjoyed my visit!

ps: I do follow you guys, sorry my visits are infrequent!
