We’re more than critique partners, we’re friends. Our families know each other though we have never met. We have spoken on the phone on occasion. We keep up on things with FB and our websites and our group websites. Though we don’t have any male members as of yet, we look forward to them joining at some point.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for this commentary. I wanted to add that I, too, have benefitted greatly from a set of female eyes when they read and comment on my writing.
