Your character’s name is Truth…. and I found your article refreshingly honest in your portrayal of what it takes to write a book. I smile when someone tells me they wrote their novel in six months. I wonder, how did they do that? Maybe the very first, very rough draft. My experience has shown that it took me anywhere from 2 – 7 years to get my finished manuscripts, something ready to be published.
