It’s so true how the writer evolves, and I think the more years evolving through writing, the better. I have a similar view on revision. I can’t do it enough. Just last night I was telling my husband how I worry whenever I think I might have finished a novel. What am I missing? Because it always can use improvement. But you’re right, at some point you need to let it go, which is what I’ve done. The feedback has been promising so I guess I’m in the right place for now.

And cheers to a fellow Pacific Northwest writer! Your book sounds both fascinating and enchanting. I love France too!
